The 86107A Precision Timebase Reference Module expands the capability of the Infinium DCA system to the testing of 40 GB/s systems. Jitter performance has been reduced by almost an order of magnitude to 200 fs RMS. Timebase resolution has also been improved from 10 ps/division to 2 ps/division a 5 times improvement.
