The 8340A Synthesized Sweeper provides 1 to 4 Hz frequency resolution over a 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz range at powers from -110 dBm to +10 dBm. A quartz oven time base step attenuator IEEE-488 interface and AM/ FM/Pulse modulation are standard features. High stability frequency accuracy and signal purity make the 8340A a good choice for a stand-alone source or as a component of a vector or scalar network analyzer system.
