Advantest R3767CH is a 40 MHz to 8.0 GHz Vector Network Analyzer. The R3767CH display parameters are S11 S12 S21 S22 S11 & S21 and S22 & S12. Display formats can be rectangular polar or smith chart. The R3767CH features a built-in S-parameter test set color LCD display and a fast measurement time with 100 dB of dynamic range.
